Corner House B & B - West Runton North Norfolk

Our first blog of the year! It’s a sunny afternoon with clear blue skies on the North Norfolk coast; we are situated in a small coastal village called West Runton in between Sheringham and Cromer. May will be the start of our second year of running our B&B which has flown by, we have met the most loveliest and interesting guests who have made our first year so much fun. We kept busy throughout the season with many of the guests returning or recommending us to friends and family. Winter months were surprisingly busy too with the amazing Thursford Christmas Show only a 25min journey away or Christmas shopping in the Historical City of Norwich only a 40 minute train journey from West Runton allowing our guests to take in the sea air and of course the warm hospitality of Corner House.

We closed our doors on the 1st Jan 2015 to start the second phase of the business. This being our Tea Room @ Corner House which is set to open early April 2015. The new kitchen is in the last stages of fitting, the Tea Room which overlooks the village green is having a full refurbishment to allow our guests and customers to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. We will be sourcing our menu locally where possible and making all cakes and scones at Corner House. A wide selection of loose leaf teas all to be served in beautiful teapots with mismatched cups and saucers; freshly roasted artisan coffees also will be available from our espresso machine. We will update the blog further with our new menu for spring and summer.
